When is the Order processing and What is the Shipping Cost?
We will ship all orders for items in stock within 24 business hours. If the merchandise ordered is on back order we will notify you via email of the projected ship date. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at support@buyMP3online.com. Shipping Charges is only $6.50 per item for UPS ground shipping or USPS Priority Mail in the United States, depending on the item some item have a different shipping cost. International Shippings, please email support@buyMP3online.com for a shipping quote.

Is there a Sales Tax?
We do not charge sales tax except for CA residents who are charged 8.25% CA State Sales tax.

What is the Limited Warranty?
All items sold by BuyMP3online.com is guaranteed against defects for 15 days from the invoice date. Most MP3 Players sold here at BuyMP3online.com have a one year manufacture warranty after the purchase date.

What type of Payment Methods do I accept?
BuyMP3online.com accepts the following forms of payments.
United States Customers:

BuyMP3online.com accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Funds Only. Please make Check Payable to: "Happy Price". Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 5 banking days after receipt for funds to clear before your order is processed. There is charge on all returned checks. Please note that we can't guarantee the availability of the product(s) upon receipt of your money order, cashiers check or company check. Your payment must include the appropriate shipping charge(s).

What is the Return Policy?
If you wish to return a product that is unopened, you may return it for a full refund within 2 days of your receiving date. After 2 days unopened returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot credit any shipping charges.

Credit will be issued only if the item is returned unopened and in its original condition. There will be a 3% fee for refunds. If items reported as defective are tested and in working condition they will be returned to the customer and credit will not be issued. All returns are subject to inspection and denial. All returns must be reported within 15 days upon receiving the products and will be charge a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase, have all original packing materials provided by the manufacturer and must be in resalable condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if the product(s) ordered suits his/her needs and whether the product is compatible with his/her computer.

If you wish to return merchandise all items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, etc. Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging, software, booklets and pamphlets, etc. in new and resalable condition and free of any markings or damage. Rebated items cannot have been submitted for rebates - all forms and Proof of Purchase materials must be returned along with the UPC bar code and/or peel off rebate sticker intact on the box as it was originally shipped to you. The product must not have been registered. To have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned to your return, please contact customer support - provide the Order Number, the name on the order, the product name you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
